Brivia Group’s office remains open during the COVID-19 situation. However, we would like to reassure you and inform you that we are taking precautionary measures in place. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and following the recommendation and guidelines by the Government of Quebec to ensure our residents, customers and employees are safe.

The health, safety and well-being of Brivia Group’s residents, customers and employees are our top priority.

What we’re doing:

We follow the guidelines from Heath Canada and the Government of Quebec and have put in place series of measures in order to minimize any potential risk:

• All employees are encouraged to work from home: they had received adequate training and are well equipped to work remotely, to ensure that we will be able to provide uninterrupted services to our partners, professionals and clients during this time;
• All travelling outside of Quebec or abroad is to be avoided;
• We have limited the number of external visitors on our sites, and require our employees to avoid in-person meetings if possible and make use of technologies and applications that allow telephone or video conference meetings;
• Establishment of a regular cleaning and disinfection routine for our office sites and Presentation Centres;
• Availability of alcohol-based hand sanitizer for all employees and visitors and establishment of a specific hygiene protocol for our office sites and Presentation Centres;
• Employees and staff with flu symptoms are required to stay at home;
• Employees who had recently returned from a trip abroad, regardless of the country, or, if any employee has been in contact with someone who has travelled abroad, are obligated to self-isolate for 14 days.

We are assessing the situation regularly and will promptly reassess and adapt our measures as required.
