Québec City, September 19, 2018 – Brivia Group, a fast-growing Québec real estate developer and investor, in partnership with Groupe Bolduc of the Québec City region, is pleased to announce today the start of construction of a brand new real estate project in the Lebourgneuf sector, two steps from Le Centre Vidéotron. The 12-storey apartment building will be built north of Félix-Leclerc highway between the Laurentienne highway and Robert-Bourassa Boulevard, more precisely at 7615 Métis Street.
The project will consist of 210 apartments, including studios, 2 ½, 3 ½, 4 ½ and 5 ½ as well as a fitness room, an indoor pool, a lounge, indoor parking for cars and a space for bicycles and storage lockers.

The talents that make up the project team are all from Québec: the architectural concept is by Québec architect Jean-Pierre Bart, the interior design is by Jacques Bellemare, the construction of the building has been entrusted to TB4 inc., and the project management will be carried out by Groupe Bolduc. Tenants are expected to move in starting fall 2019.
