2018 has been a fruitful year for the real estate industry in Montreal. On December 5th, 2018, Brivia Group invited its partners and collaborators to its year-end cocktail to celebrate the start of the holiday season and to thank them for their contribution to a great year of 2018
“We aspired to innovate, to create, and to give back,” said Mr. Kheng Ly, the President and CEO of Brivia Group, when giving his remarks at the cocktail: “In 2018, we launched the pre-sale of Quinzecent, began the construction of Nest Condos, and for the first time, we expanded our footprint to Quebec City, with a three-phase project in Lebourgneuf. Moreover, Brivia acquired Phillips Square, a site that has strategic significance to Brivia’s growth and is expected to have an impact on the urban outlook of the City.” More than 250 guests attended the cocktail.
