The architect Anik Shooner, Brivia Group’s partner in property development, notably in major real estate projects including multi-residential condominiums, received the prestigious Prix Hommage at the 12th annual Grands Prix du design. Anik Shooner participated in the design of various real estate projects for the Brivia Group, including the Phase 1 & 2 of YUL project and QUINZECENT, multi- residential buildings in the heart of downtown Montreal. The YUL Condominiums project is characterized by its two 38-storey shifted-block towers that are currently reshaping Montreal’s downtown profile, while the QUINZECENT, whose spectacular glass tower will rise above the intersection of René-Lévesque Blvd. and Guy St., will transform one of the most dynamic downtown area. These projects are a good reflection of Anik’s audacity and that of her colleagues, as well as her great command of the architectural finesse and her profound sense of innovation.
